What shipping service do we use?

Mobility Options uses a number of carriers to dispatch goods depending on both where you live and what you wish to buy. Most of the 'small goods' we sell will be sent via a courier or Australia Post. Occasionally we will use a freight company when items are too large to be sent using couriers. Scooters, lift chairs and beds are generally hand-delivered by our company or delegated representative.

What is the cost of shipping?

The cost of shipping varies depending on the weight of the order, post code and product size. Australia is a very difficult country to automate shipping for due to its vast size- add to that the fact that most of our boxes are large enough to fit a person inside, it is generally not possible to accurately estimate freight costs for all orders. Small goods generally cost $8 - $16 for metropolitan deliveries.

Can I buy in-store or pick my order up?
