Most items you buy require servicing at some point or another: Mobility Options has a fully-tooled in-store workshop with a mechanic that works 5 days a week, 9am-5pm. Simply call us, book a time and we will estimate how long it will take and the costs involved… it’s that simple. We are able to service\repair ALL the products we sell- and even some that we don’t!* Please call us or use the form below to find whether we can assist you using our in-store workshop.

We also have an on-site repairman who comes to you. With over 10 years experience in the field there isn’t much we cannot fix at your house. Many parts and tools will be brought to you and we will try our very best to fix your scooter, electric wheelchair, liftchairs or bed on the spot. If we need a part that we do not stock in the van we have a ‘courtesy scooter’ facility- ask us for more information if this service is required. Using our superstore as a base, our mechanic services the Sydney metropolitan area on a daily basis; he is even prepared to venture out to suburbs such as Lithgow, Wollongong, and Newcastle- contact us if you require an on-site repairman and someone will contact you with available time and prices.
